This home was so close to the beach, the pier, and local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The house was really clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 5 people. The whole neighborhood was clean, quiet and the people were friendly. Nice crowd, but not too crowded. We would love to visit this area of St Simons Island again, and I would try to get this same house to rent. The owner even stopped by to introduce himself and to see if we needed anything and offered some local recommendations. Great vacation!

Beth’s place was amazing!! It was exactly how it was described in her listing. The place was very neat and clean!! Beth was also amazing with quick and helpful responses to any questions we had!! I love how the place was tucked away in a little private community where, as 4 women traveling together, we felt safe!! The neighbors were really quiet and minding their own business. It was nice!! I have no complaints and would definitely stay again!! 5-stars!!

So very happy with our rental. Easiest entry process. Our hostess, Elizabeth, was always available to answer our questions. She was friendly and extremely helpful. Cutest house n so comfortable. Fit our needs perfectly. Very clean. Fortunate to meet the owners while there. Very nice people! The outdoor spaces were very relaxing. We cooked out and enjoyed it tremendously. Only one small problem, mattresses were way too soft for our old bodies!! We were near enough to the village to walk there. We will return.

This property had so many little touches and thoughtful amenities! It had everything from bandaids to everything bagel seasoning. It was neat and clean. Everything was as advertised and better! We really didn't like leaving!

We just had five days of peaceful living in a great house. it was beautifully furnished, with a great front porch. We had our morning coffee out there, enjoying a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The short distances to the beach, food, and shopping was also great. Beth was a great host and she welcomed to solve any problems we might have. It's just that we didn't have any of those! A great host with a great house! Thanks so much!

We had a great stay at St Simon’s. The highlight was being a quick walk to the beach and pier. Elizabeth was great at communicating with us we had a small problem when we checked and she helped us immediately to get it resolved

Elizabeth is the crème de la crème of hosts! She is very responsive and proactive in contacting guests to ensure our check-in was smooth, and if we needed anything else. Her home was as pictured, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable stay in SSI! Location was great only a couple miles from most of the restaurants and pier. Beach was also very close by. My friends and I had a great stay here
