This was a great spot in Greenville, SC! Easy to find, as advertised, clean, comfy, spacious, great amenities! I would stay here again in a second. Lots of flexibility to add early check in or check out and we brought a dog!

This property on Demere on St. Simons island is absolutely amazing! It has everything you could possibly want and will truly give you and your family the comfort you’re looking for. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book!

This place was an ideal location. Walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. Our host was very friendly and responsive to any question that I had before and during our stay. Location is very safe and it had plenty of space. Considering we had 6 adults a baby and a dog. It has everything you need for a weekend getaway of a week long vacation. Definitely recommend you will not be disappointed. If I’m ever In the area again i will be only looking at one spot to rest my head. Thank you for an easy and enjoyable stay!

Perfect getaway — we’ll definitely be back! We had such a great experience staying at this house in St. Simons. The location couldn’t have been better — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and really close to everything in town. It felt like an extension of the island itself: laid-back, welcoming, and full of charm. The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — bottled waters, coffee, and even complimentary snacks, which was such a nice touch. One of our favorite things was how it was decorated for the season. It gave the space a cozy, festive vibe that made it feel like home the moment we walked in. We did have one issue with the AC leaking, but the owners were incredibly responsive and came out right away to fix it. They were super helpful and gracious, and it really showed how much they care about their guests’ experience. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely come back. In fact, we’re already planning to!

This home was so close to the beach, the pier, and local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The house was really clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 5 people. The whole neighborhood was clean, quiet and the people were friendly. Nice crowd, but not too crowded. We would love to visit this area of St Simons Island again, and I would try to get this same house to rent. The owner even stopped by to introduce himself and to see if we needed anything and offered some local recommendations. Great vacation!

Beth’s place was amazing!! It was exactly how it was described in her listing. The place was very neat and clean!! Beth was also amazing with quick and helpful responses to any questions we had!! I love how the place was tucked away in a little private community where, as 4 women traveling together, we felt safe!! The neighbors were really quiet and minding their own business. It was nice!! I have no complaints and would definitely stay again!! 5-stars!!

So very happy with our rental. Easiest entry process. Our hostess, Elizabeth, was always available to answer our questions. She was friendly and extremely helpful. Cutest house n so comfortable. Fit our needs perfectly. Very clean. Fortunate to meet the owners while there. Very nice people! The outdoor spaces were very relaxing. We cooked out and enjoyed it tremendously. Only one small problem, mattresses were way too soft for our old bodies!! We were near enough to the village to walk there. We will return.

This property had so many little touches and thoughtful amenities! It had everything from bandaids to everything bagel seasoning. It was neat and clean. Everything was as advertised and better! We really didn't like leaving!

We just had five days of peaceful living in a great house. it was beautifully furnished, with a great front porch. We had our morning coffee out there, enjoying a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The short distances to the beach, food, and shopping was also great. Beth was a great host and she welcomed to solve any problems we might have. It's just that we didn't have any of those! A great host with a great house! Thanks so much!
