Beautiful home in a quiet location, yet within a few blocks of great local restaurants, many public beach accesses, and the Pier Village area. Easy parking within steps of the front entrance and a good layout inside. Comfortable beds and linens, kitchen well-stocked with tableware, pans and small appliances, including an air fryer. Private covered back yard with synthetic turf and gas grill. Host very responsive and helpful - We re-booked for next year before leaving.

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very welcoming. Everything we needed was provided, and the space was perfect for our family. The host was responsive, kind, and made the entire process smooth from booking to checkout. We truly felt comfortable and at home. We had a fantastic stay with our group! The place was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is fantastic – about a three minute walk to the beach and five minutes to the downtown area. We were also able to ride our bike bikes from that location very easily. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were fantastic and responded immediately when we had one minor issue.

The house was so cute we felt right at home. Place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. My dog loved the fenced in back yard and the fire pit was another added bonus. I will be staying there again. Thank you Beth for letting us stay at your beautiful home

We had a great time staying at Elizabeth’s place! It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Very walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Elizabeth was very responsive as well! I will definitely be adding to my list of places to stay in St Simons!

Enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s place. Great location, perfect for walking to the tennis courts, beach and town! Elizabeth is a very good communicator. The house was just as described and has everything you need for a nice respite at SSI.

We had a great time staying here during Christmas. This level single story layout with two separate units worked great for our large family with small children. Plenty of parking, which is not common for SSI rentals. Fenced in backyard with astroturf to keep the kids corralled for peace of mind. Very comfy and well decorated - thoughtful touches blending beach decor with seasonal Christmas touches. Nice hardwood floors and overall excellent interior fit and finish. We will plan to stay again and recommend!

There was plenty of room for everyone and was not far away from shopping and downtown Charlotte. Comfortable townhouse with plenty of rooms for a big family. Big backyard for the kids tobrun around in. Nice decor and good quality beds. Not much didn't like

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us and was clean, comfortable, and so cute! The owner was very responsive, kind, and accommodating during our stay. She even had it decorated for Christmas :) it felt so homey!

This was a great spot in Greenville, SC! Easy to find, as advertised, clean, comfy, spacious, great amenities! I would stay here again in a second. Lots of flexibility to add early check in or check out and we brought a dog!
